closed or not in use.

network information.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our App, including trip history and app
performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Facilitate and manage your driver account and trips.
- Track real-time location for routing and sharing ETAs with users and escorts.
- Communicate with you regarding trip updates, support, and administrative messages.
- Improve our App's safety, security, and performance.
3. Data Retention Policy
We retain your Personal Data and Location Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in
this Privacy Policy:
- Active Accounts: We store your personal information and active trip data as long as
your account is active to provide you with our services.
- Completed Trips: Trip history and associated location data are retained for a period of

which they are securely anonymized or permanently deleted.
- Inactive Accounts: If your account is inactive for more than [Insert Time,

associated data by:
- Sending an email with the subject "Data Deletion Request" to our support team at
support@neoffice.ai.
- Processing Time: Upon receiving your verified request, we will process the deletion of
your personal data within 30 days. Please note that we may retain certain information if we are legally
required or permitted to do so (e.g., for tax, legal reporting, or dispute resolution purposes).
5. Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:
- Authorized Users: Passengers and escorts for the purpose of trip facilitation.
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., cloud
